In recent news, a story by the Guardian - a left-wing British broadsheet newspaper - highlighted the fact that "British museums and art galleries hit by 1.4m fall in visitors". I think this represents a change in British culture as this is the first decline in almost a decade and one of the most significant declines was in the number of young people that visited museums for educational purposes, which highlights the evolving culture of young people and what educators are deeming more important in the modern age.

Since the article arguably does not focus on pop culture, I believe a tabloid would have little interest in picking up or covering this story - mainly due to the fact that tabloids tend to appeal to a different audience than broadsheets, and one that could be considered to be more involved in popular culture rather than expanding their cultural experiences.
